10. PAYMENT TERM:     

        (a)   By T/T 50% in advance 50% upon delivering, against presentation of shipping documents                     

        (b)   LC at sight: BY IRREVOCABLE, CONFIRMED LETTER OF CREDIT PAYABLE 100% AT SIGHT
